Member Update Form

The following form is intended as a way for you to let us know if your information has changed.
If your Name, Call Sign, State, County, Grid, etc. has changed, this is the place to let us know.
The subsequent changes are done manually, by volunteers, so please be patient as we update the rosters as time permits.

We do not keep mailing addresses on file. If we need it, we can get it from or from FCC ULS.

PRIVATE (Unpublished) Email address changes may be submited via this form.
PUBLIC E-Mail address changes should be submitted through the e-mail request form, available from the e-mail listing page.
